Directions: Place the dropper under the tongue.
Hold for 30-60 seconds.
Suggested dosage: Start with 0.5 ml per day.
If you feel well, increase to 1 ml per day.
(Some people take 1 ml daily, while others split it into 0.5 ml in the morning + 0.5 ml at midday.)
